Can i have a staff rank? If you want to become staff you will have to apply like everyone else. We do NOT hire people just because they ask or provide with "evidence" that they have good experience. Can i get unbanned? You can make a unban appeal and see if our management will accept it or not. Can you look at my application? No, no... Again no... This will severely decrease your chance of ever becoming staff at VanillaMC, we take staff applications whenever we have time to do so. Can i get VIP? You can get VIP from different ways in our community.

1. Purchase it from our store.

2. Earn tokens in-game and get VIP without ever donating (We don't believe in pay 2 win).

3. If you're lucky you'll win it during one of our events or giveaways.

I saw a staff member abusing, can you demote them? We take staff abuse very seriously but you will have to make a staff report provided with proof, witnesses, cause & event. Can i get a refund of items? We do occasionally provide refunds if you've been scammed by another member, if the server crashes or if there's some other server based error that causes you to loose items, currency or other things. However, if you've died and didn't get your items in time or you accidentally threw it away that's on you and we do not provide refunds towards those events. What is the world size? The current world size is 5000x5000.
